Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell

in the house of the LORD forever.  Psalm 23:6 (ESV)

Friend, are you overwhelmed by the difficulties of life?
There is hope for you in
God’s Word!

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jer. 29:11

In this chapter, the Psalmist is using the image of the Lord as our Shepherd, leading and caring for us as we face tough circumstances, all the while giving us comfort. The word mercy in Hebrew means ‘goodness, kindness, and faithfulness’. These are characteristics of the Lord as our Shepherd.

This gift of mercy is available when we put our trust in Christ. If you don’t yet know Him, won’t you put your faith in Him today?

God loved each one of us so much, He gave His only Son, Jesus, to die for our sins, so we could have a personal relationship with Him forever!

Won’t you choose to follow Him today? You will be filled with the joy of the Lord because of His mercy as He tenderly cares for you.
