Hope for Joy in Times of Sadness

While recently attending a conference, Shelley Giglio said something along the lines of this:

“Oftentimes those who experience deeper levels of grief are also the ones who experience greater levels of joy.”

God tells us that as followers of Him, we will encounter suffering in this world, but that He will be with us. The Bible also tells us that true joy is found in the presence of the Lord. He is faithful to His Word! If you, or someone you know, needs to be encouraged by this reminder then the brand-new Bible verse card printables I’ve made can help.

  1. I am looking to embracing these grief scripture cards. Recently my mother passed and I have not face the heartache I hold inside and sadly the pain has leaked out in not such good ways. I pray these cards are answer to my prayers will help me lean more into the arms of our Lord. To know and feel His healing graces.
    Thank you, blessings🙏🏻

    • Praying for His peace that passes all understanding to fill your heart and mind, Heather. So sorry for your loss.

    • Oh Heather, praying now for you as you grieve and seek healing in the Lord. He is the only One who can truly heal and strengthen you. Trust Him! He is faithful!

  2. I have a question about 3 of the scripture pages –
Our Women in Missions group is having a fund raising table for missions during the holiday season. I would like to print and frame these verses to sell for our missions project.
I have read your disclaimers and wondered if you would give us permission?

    • HI, Nancy. As long as all of the funds raised from the sale of the prints are directly donated to missions, then I give you permission to use them in this way! Enjoy, and please let me know how it goes! I always love to hear.
