Beautiful. Enduring faith. Shaken but not destroyed.
One thing I know for sure, Scripture tells us to count it all JOY when we face trials of many kinds because the testing of our faith produces steadfastness. In light of God’s faithfulness to us, is not our growing steadfastness evidence of becoming more like Christ? JOY!
Lord, help us to count it ALL joy. Transform us into Your likeness. Help us to walk by faith clinging tightly to Your hand as we journey through suffering, loss, and disease. Be our strong foundation and strengthen us to persevere with eyes fixed on You all the way home, Jesus. You are worthy of all glory, honor, and praise, Father! -Amen

Perfect verse. Perfect reminder. Thank you Lord that things aren’t always easy. But you are ever ready to lighten our loads and help us to “count it all joy” right in the middle of our difficult times. Thank you for loving us so much that you don’t leave us the same but through our trials you’re growing our faith and strengthening our character. You’re making us JOY for the world to see! Amen!

Yes, Stephanie, I too have learned that it is God’s Presence that is the treasure we find as we walk through all kinds of trials. He is good. He is Faithful, and He is Kind, especially in the midst of the trials of life. Thank you for your encouragement. it really helps to see other believers walking through this life with their eyes on Our Lord Jesus.
